In my opinion, this insinuates that a nation should use one language as the medium of instruction throughout the country. Given countries like India have a myriad of languages it would be imprudent and partial to adopt a language for educational instruction. Adopting a language for communication will consequently lead to dissatisfaction among the denizens, calling for unrest within the country.
